WIRIS® SECURITY
Workswell WIRIS® Security is a LWIR (7.5 – 13.5 μm) thermal camera for drones designed specifically for search & rescue applications, such as building and perimeter surveillance, searching for missing persons, firefighting operations etc. This thermal camera is fully adapted to these applications with a high-resolution thermal camera (800×600 px), 30x optical zoom in RGB spectrum, search & rescue functionalities, excellent temperature sensitivity, as well as rugged mechanical construction made of lightweight aluminium.

The thermal camera offers unrivaled resolution 800×600 px and thermal sensitivity 40 mK! No other thermal imaging camera for drones will offer you the same parameters!
Great night vision RGB camera, 30x optical ZOOM and more
Workswell WIRIS® Security camera is equipped by incorporated specialized visual band imagery RGB camera with high sensitivity for dusk and night vision and possibility of optical ZOOM. Thus, the RGB camera image is clear even with minimum light of 0.0008 lux. Focal length is variable within interval of 129.0 mm – 4.3 mm and it equals up to 30x optical ZOOM.
Resolution matter!
WIRIS Security offers the highest resolution on the market. Both the RGB sensor and the thermal imaging sensor! These differences are not just a technical parameter in the table. In practice, they may be the difference between life and death!
Many interfaces
Workswell WIRIS® Security also brings an interface enabling the widest range of connections to the drone, the control unit, an external GPS sensor etc. Wi-Fi low latency live video streaming and command link is also available. The following HW interfaces are avaible: S.Bus, CAN bus (DJI M600 and A3 controller compatible), Ethernet (RJ 45), MavLink, external GPS connection, external trigger
NON ITAR
This camera is categorized as a NON ITAR product, which means that from the administrative point of view, selling, export, and even import of this thermal camera is considerably easier and faster, as there are no associated legal requirements, such as those related to the products controlled under the ITAR regime!
Video streaming and commands via WiFi
RTSP video streaming, image and commands transfer through Wi-Fi is among other WIRIS OS functionalities. This feature is provided by the RJ 45 Ethernet port.
WIRIS OS – maximize the full potential
Operating system WIRIS® OS has been in development for over 4 years now (and tested on the previous generations of the Workswell WIRIS® cameras) and therefore allows you to maximize the full potential of sensoric and computing hardware and thus get the functionalities which the similar products with no operating system cannot even come close to.
256 GB or 512 SSD disk, external USB disk or microSD card
Workswell WIRIS Security camera is equipped with an SSD disc with 512 GB or 256 GB memory for recording. It is also possible to save data to external USB disk or microSD card.
SDK – possibility to develop own applications
Along with Workswell WIRIS® Security, we provide an SDK (Standard Development Kit) enabling you to develop own applications. These libraries gives access to low-level functionalities and enables the application developer to fully maximise the potential of the camera hardware.
